Arrival & Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow sufficient time for check-in and preparation. Appointments are required for all spa services, including complimentary Wellsystem Wave sessions. To reserve your treatments, please contact the Spa at (250) 384-0945. The final appointment time available each day is 4:45 p.m.
Cancellations
We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Age Requirement
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the Spa, access is reserved exclusively for guests 16 years of age and older.
Payment
For a seamless and convenient experience, this is a cashless property. A credit or debit card is required for all purchases.
Salt & Water Lounge Guidelines
We invite all guests to enjoy our facilities with consideration for the comfort, safety, and relaxation of others. Outside food and beverages are not permitted; on-site dining is available for your convenience. Smoking, personal speakers, pets, pool floats, and glass containers in the hot tub area are not permitted.
For your safety, please note that no lifeguard is on duty. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for supervising any members of their party at all times.
